I used a teaspoon of each of these dry spices (sea salt, white pepper, onion powder, thyme, paprika, & garlic powder) and mixed them in a bowl. I then put the seasoning mix all over the chicken by rubbing and patting the spices in.
I also added chopped up celery, carrots, garlic, and onion at the bottom of the crock pot.
Here’s to falling off the bone! This bird will give us at least two different recipes. Our casa will smell yummy today!

Viola! After 7 hours in the crock pot on a low setting the meat was falling off the bone!
